| Description | Cytomax is a scientifically advanced energy drink, providing complex carbohydrates for sustained energy with a special lactic acid buffering agent to reduce muscle fatigue during exercise. Drinking Cytomax during and after workouts helps prevent the post-exercise fatigue that occurs when you deplete your cellular energy stores.
Directions: Mix 1 to 1 1/2 scoops (1 oz. To 1 1/2 oz.) in 16 ounces water. Drink about 15 minutes before you begin training. As an energizing exercise and recovery drink: Mix as above. Begin drinking 15-30 minutes into exercise, consuming about 5 oz. every minutes. More, depending on personal requirements, or in hot weather. After training, drink another 16 oz. over the next hour.
